Physics

Denaje put's it semi-decent:
"Yesterday and the day before, we took a 30 point quiz in Physics, with the beloved Mr. Sinclair. Today we got those quizzes back. They sucked. That's a story in and of itself, but the bigger story goes on. Today, as we walked into Physics (I had Physics first, lucky me), Mr. Sinclair started passing back the quizzes, saying nothing at all. Then after a few minutes of us looking at the questions and admiring at how poorly we had done, he started talking. No, he didn't talk. He didn't even yell. He screamed. I swear it, he screamed literally at the top of his lungs. For at least 10 to 15 minutes. That's all he did, was scream in our faces about how we know nothing about physics at all, how we are so stupid and how we did not study and these kinds of grades are not acceptable. The first few seconds, I was in shock, then I realized what was going on. I tried not to be noticable. And he screamed again. Loudly. He screamed so loudly, people from down two halls heard him. After he was done screaming and slamming papers in frustration on his desk, he got so tired that he started yelling. He did this for about another 10 minutes, when he sent Ben and Melissa out for getting such relatively "good" grades. He basically said, "Get out!, while I scream at the rest of these idiots some more." So they did, and he did too. He didn't scream though, he kept up his yelling. Then he quieted down to an elevated, frustrated half-yell, as he explained most of the problems on the quiz to us, telling us that we are the stupidest, lasiest idiots that he has seen in 17 years. True or not, it was quite apparent that he was really really mad. During his discourse, he said these exact words to us: "I am a nice guy." " (denaje, http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=denaje)

I wasn't in total shock though, I was frustrated myself and had a great deal on my hands this weekend to study. I do agree with the statement "I am a nice guy". Though he may be frustrating, he teaches quite well and I will learn a great deal from him. I already had him so his character isn't much of a suprise as some would find it.

Acer

I just oredered an Acer laptop, for school and personal use. I think it's a great value and has some sweet features. I have been keeping extremely busy with school and then working from 5 to 9 after school. So I start my homework around 10 to about 10:30. Boy doesn't that make me tired! I need to go finish my homework among other things...

Welcome to Gmail

Welcome to Gmail

Hey I started checking out Gmail, and it's even better than I expected. Though it looks very pretty and well laid out, I think it would run rather slow on dial up connections. But hey, who as dial up that's fast anyways? I sure don't, so it works perfectly for me. I'll continue to analyze it greatly and hopefully be able to help Gmail improve (if I ever find anything wrong with it).

Calmed down

After an evening of work and homework still left, I think I have been able to calm down but I don't think I'll ever forget it even though I didn't see the accident. Things are going to work out, but my bro will be out a little less cash, 16 hours and (luckily the car is fully insured) and not as nice car. Just because of some stupid rubish in the road and a car that is know for rolling. Things probably would have been different if it had been a different car, there would have been benifits as well as drawbacks. Anyways, I don't think my family will ever get as nice of a car as that, 6 CD changer with 300 watt speakers, leather seats, 4x4, plenty of cargo space (was great for my drumset), V6 engine (wow it had power). I'm rambling now and need to homework, so Stop bugging me I say! (oh wait you aren't I'm bugging myself)

GM

No not general motors, but Google Mail, or more popularly know as GMail. I have a great number of email accounts that range from yahoo, juno, charter, etc... and I haven't seen anything as cool as GMail. It doesn't put all the junky ads for you get annoyed by, the ads are more useful than they are in the way. It may not allow all the fancy things for creating emails but I only send text in emails so it is actually more appealing to me. Mainly why I like it is that it is easier to read and sort the messages. Although this is just what I've seen and heard, I would need to actually use a gmail account to fully say that GMail is the best. But my experience with Google as a whole is good.

My ramblings, point is if you have an invite for me to get a GMail account, cha ching! That's what I was hoping for.

The Flip-Side

I can't get this out of my mind, it's ringing like the borders of hell were let lose. As scary as it is intimidating, when I first woke up my mind was racing about getting ready and finishing my homework. I was packing up my books when my dad told me that my brother aparently rolled the Escape (my old car but is a REALLY nice car, like 2003) coming back from the evacuation. He went on to say that there was tire on the road (or something) and he was following his buddy who hit it, and he swerved to miss it. Him use to driving low cars, I think caused him to turn sharply and rolled the car into the wet ditch which possible (I pray not) ruined the guitars, computer, and whatever else was in it. I still can't get this out of my mind and I'll be thinking of it for a while, especially that when driving. I was planning on getting a laptop and my parents were going to pay for a little bit of it, but I don't think I'll continue looking because this will probably crunch our family's budget and I don't really want to start spending money that I'll probably need for college. I'm glad to get a little of this off my chest, but I think it will be like HCl on skin.

Busy

Things are so busy, that it's not even funny anymore. I leave my house at 7 and get back at 9 to start my homework...okay so I only have about 2 to 3 hours of homework. I can't help but say God is helping me through this struggle of juggling everything. Oh ya about my only free time is watching tennis, Katie and Ana had a good match today. I only got to see 30 minutes of it before I had to take off. Boy I need to do homework.

Lactose

Yup back to biology, for only getting a B in that class and not understanding any of it, I sure did remember a great deal.
Glucose, Fructose, and Galactose the monosaccharides
sucrose, and lactose the disaccharides
The point being, I think I'm a bit lactose intolerant. At least with icecream. I love icecream and hasn't bothered me in the past, but lately it seems to be making me not feel well after eating it. I'm sure all of you wanted to know that but I figured, "why not?".

I also played mini-golf today which was so frustrating, I had homework (still) to do, and my parents were like we're playing golf. I went, but I didn't really have much fun. The ball wouldn't go it at all, until I just violently hit it. ARRGGGG, it was frustrating and I still have homework to do because my parents also decided to have guests over...whoopi!

Hurricanes

I've been watching a great deal of the weather channel due to hurricane francis, the third one this season for florida, and another one is on it's way. My bro live down there now and he had to be evacuated, and has been waiting it out. It's funny to watch the dumb reporters stand out in the rain and wind telling others to stay inside. What hypocrites and idiots at the same time! They are smarter than that. That's more than enough for me to be rambling.

Fishing for dollars

Hey, why not make a post right away? I'm a computer guy who's always in need of money for a laptop.

I hope to put some of my past posts up for everyone to read.
